What you will do:
- Lead HR strategy, planning, and execution across all company locations
- Champion a values-driven culture that promotes engagement and retention
- Guide workforce planning, succession strategy, and organizational development
- Advise senior leadership on HR trends and change management
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Mentor and develop two high-performing direct reports

What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership
- Preferred manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent strategy
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
