What you will do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, performance problems, and configuration errors
- Install, configure, and maintain networking devices and related software applications
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
What you need to be successful:
- Experience with Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
- Cisco certifications preferred
- Proven experience in providing technical support for networking equipment and technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs)
