IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE

IMT Software Services, a division of IMT Insurance, is now looking to fill the position of Implementation Associate. IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As an Implementation Associate, you will be responsible for communicating, facilitating, and assisting with the implementation process of our products. DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assist in providing ongoing communication with customers before, during, and after implementation of products.
  • Assist with maintaining Implementation Schedules and communicate them externally and internally.
  • Collect data from customers necessary for implementation setup and configuration.
  • Help identify the impact and importance of requested features or gaps between core systems and be able to communicate with team as instructed.
  • Continually work to assist in improving product setup and training documentation.
  • Continually work on creating and maintaining product documentation, including articles and tutorial videos.
  • Assist as needed with implementation of products.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college degree education or 3 years related work experience is needed to perform required duties.
  • Must be detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comprehensive analytical, math and computer skills required.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and maintain professional conduct to foster a cooperative work environment and build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to listen and communicate internally/externally to the customer, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to make public presentations, product demonstrations, training videos and webinars.
  • Ability to work with and understand technical environments.
  • Must understand insurance and accounting practices in order to support client needs.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and simultaneously handle multiple projects.
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license due to required field work.
  • Must possess the ability to work well with others.

The salary range for this position is $47,000.00 - $59,000.00

Starting salary and level of position will depend on level of experience

This position is not eligible for tips or commission but may be eligible for additional bonuses
