R&R Realty Group Awards $25,000 Through Third Annual Groundwork for Good Program

Employee-driven initiative surpasses $90,000 in charitable giving since 2024

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (July 22, 2026) — The R&R Realty Group Foundation (R&R Foundation) has awarded $25,000 to five nonprofit organizations through its third annual Groundwork for Good program. Since launching in 2024, the initiative has contributed more than $90,000 to nonprofit organizations across Iowa and Nebraska.

Groundwork for Good empowers employees to nominate nonprofit organizations that align with the R&R Foundation's giving priorities: human services, community engagement and development, education, and arts and culture.

“Groundwork for Good is a reflection of what our team cares about and where they see real need in our communities,” said Mark Rupprecht, President of R&R Realty Group. "We're proud to invest in organizations that strengthen our region and improve the lives of those they serve."

This year's grant recipients are:

• Children's & Families of Iowa

• Dress for Success

• GiGi's Playhouse

• Heart Heroes

• Project Healing Waters (Des Moines Chapter)
