What You Will Do:
- Collect, organize and accurately record experimental data and findings
- Conduct germination testing by sorting and planting seed samples and evaluating seedlings for vigor and viability
- Investigate and resolve issues related to unexpected or inaccurate results
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to short-term projects
- Set up, configure and operate small-scale production equipment and control systems
- Transfer and maintain testing materials within controlled growth environments
