What You Will Do:
- Leads stakeholder interviews to gather and clarify business and system needs
- Translates needs into clear business and functional requirements that drive process and system changes
- Applies business analysis techniques to document current and future state processes, rules, and user requirements
- Evaluates business problems and recommends practical solution options to support decision making
- Collaborates with QA to define testing needs and ensure requirements traceability
- Coordinates user acceptance testing with business partners to validate solutions
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, including process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, and user stories
- Proficiency in project management practices and software development life cycle methodologies, with awareness of agile approaches
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Access, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint effectively
