What You Will Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales team members to ensure long-term success and performance consistency
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption (Salesforce preferred)
  • Execute and refine sales processes to deliver predictable revenue and scalable growth
  • Analyze sales performance data and dashboards to inform decisions, identify trends, and address gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sales strategy with company objectives and customer needs
  • Manage and grow strategic and high-value accounts while supporting key customer relationships
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Adapt priorities and strategies in response to market changes and evolving business needs
  • Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, key account visits, and occasional travel

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics to guide strategy and execution
  • Experience in the safety, ground protection, or a related industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of strategic account management and complex customer engagement
  • Advanced training or certifications in sales methodologies a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and key account support
