Palmer Group's client is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in a long-term contract role. This role will focus on frontline support by helping customers, partners, and internal teams with product-related questions, policies, and issues. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as frontline IT-oriented support for product and service–related questions, addressing moderately complex issues and escalations
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, resolving inquiries and coordinating support as needed
  • Document customer interactions, requirements, and follow-up actions in support systems (e.g., CRM or ticketing tools)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support custom requests, issue resolution, and service delivery while maintaining a positive customer experience

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong communication and customer support skills with the ability to handle questions and resolve issues professionally
  • Comfort working with computer systems, software applications, and basic troubleshooting or data management tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams in a fast-paced, technology-supported environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and continue learning new tools, systems, and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, ag, or math preferred; candidates without a degree should have a relevant technical certification demonstrating understanding of IT systems or database management
