What you’ll do:
Work with Marketing journey owners to identify and implement in-plan participant call center-related sales-driving strategies.
Develop a proven mix and level of profitable Outbound leads.
Facilitate inter-departmental communications between call center and Marketing, ensuring smooth execution of new campaigns, strategy implementations, and operational changes.
Support forecasting of inbound and outbound in-plan participant call volume to strictly manage call center capacity.
Continuously monitor and analyze call volume and business outcomes, collaborating with reporting teams to detect trends and root causes of variances. Optimize call center metrics, including average speed to answer, average hold time and average call time.
Identify and implement opportunities to increase call center performance, such as script testing and changes to routing logic.
Foster better communication and strategy alignment by facilitating call listening sessions between call center management and marketing journey owners.
Manage Outbound Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys for in-plan participants.
Coordinate call center-related marketing campaign collateral, including phone extensions specific to each campaign and email communication templates developed by Financial Counselors.
Collaborate with IT partners to improve call center efficiency and performance.
Who You Are
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of direct to consumer marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the financial services or retirement industry.
Proven experience working with call centers.
A track record of building strategic marketing programs that successfully implement business goals.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is preferred.
Ability to analyze and translate data analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
Required experience in marketing forecasting.
Outstanding strategic and critical thinking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong influence and informal leadership skills, with the ability to bring collaborators together to deliver a consistent approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and BI dashboard tools.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$95200 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
