Administrative Assistant to Project Managers

Our client in the construction industry seeks an Administrative Assistant to Project Managers to join their team.

The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity where you will earn up to $22/hour depending on your experience. You will work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Some of your responsibilities as Administrative Assistant include:

  • Coordinating with team members
  • Ensuring smooth project execution
  • Assisting the Product Manager in all aspects
  • Scheduling
  • Managing correspondence
  • Ordering supplies
  • Working directly with customers
  • Providing Administrative support
  • Preparing and tracking project documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify for the Administrative Assistant to Project Managers position, you must have proven office management, administrative or assistant experience as well as:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adobe and Microsoft office experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
