Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA to join their compassionate team committed to innovative and empathetic care.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $70,000 per year, based on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday during the day. This position is 100% onsite.

Some of your responsibilities as Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families and team members
  • Advocating for strategies

To qualify for this Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA position, you must have:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Ability to engage in difficult conversations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for empathetic care
