We are seeking a Lean Expert to provide input on local or regional Lean plan and country strategy and translate into a local execution plan and local or regional Lean projects.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $106,000/year based on your experience.

Some of your responsibilities as a Lean Expert will include:

Providing input on local or regional Lean plan and country strategy
Translating Lean plan and local strategy into a local execution plan and local or regional Lean projects
Analyzing local processes
Teaching ins and outs of process optimization techniques within the process and related technology landscape
Acting as hands-on improvement agent
Delivering breakthrough levels of improvement in process capabilities
Delivering project improvements
Executing key Lean techniques and tools
Capturing the local business change effects
Leading and managing completion of projects to drive continuous improvement in revenue and cost out of the business
Reporting the outcomes
Other duties as assigned

To qualify for the Lean Expert position, you must have:

3-5+ years of related experience
BA in Engineering, Finance or Similar
Black Belt Certified REQUIRED (or en route toward BB certification)
Six Sigma &b Lean continuous improvement methodologies REQUIRED
Manufacturing experience a plus
Experience with Lean transactional implementation and Continuous Improvement facilitation
Ability to facilitate Lean Culture change
Strong attention to detail
