Client Success Representative
Our client is seeking a Client Success Representative / CSR to join their growing team in Des Moines, Iowa!
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $50k/year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm 100% onsite. Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package!
Some of your responsibilities as a Client Success Representative will include:
- Implementing and troubleshooting with new clients
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Managing client’s telecommunication plans
- Being the liaison between the client and carrier
- Maintaining records
- Problem solving
To qualify for the Client Success Representative position, you must have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Technical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic computer skills, SalesForce experience a plus
- Willingness to learn
